D’onna specializes in Personal Training involving weight loss, Pilates, corrective exercise, after injury, injury prevention, Wholy Fit (yoga) and performance exercise training.
D’onna is certified in Kettlebell (RKC), Performance Exercise (NASM), Synergy Kettlebell Group, Advanced Integrated Flexiblity (NASM), Functional Training (IHP), and Pilates (Physical Mind Institute).
D’onna enjoys continually training clients who want to focus on meeting fitness goals while also training for the Kingdom of God.
