Charlotte’s specialties include Kettlebell flow & hardstyle training, Functional Strength & Conditioning, group training, weight loss, bodyweight & primal movements.
Workshops completed: ACWA Self-Defense, Movnat, Restorative movement exercises. Strongfirst Barbell and Strongfirst Bodyweight courses.
